 Synopsis

The Army is at War and America is at Walmart. It’s not that Americans don’t like the military, they love it! They just don’t have a clue who’s in it or what it does. The result is a gap in civil-military affairs that if unchecked could threaten the country’s national interest.

Robert Roy, Director

Robert Roy is a documentary film maker who has covered international conflict, organized crime, intelligence, defence and security subjects over the course of a thirty year career. A founding associate of Toronto’s Stornoway Productions in 1983 he leads the Breakout Educational Network’s Canadian National Leadership Program (CNLP). He is currently producing documentaries on civil-military relations and the role of universities with Stornoway Productions for a series commissioned by Breakout.
