Nastasia Humphries , Director/Producer

Nastasia Humphries is a filmmaker whose work is greatly inspired by her parents. Her latest documentary, “Silent Kid,” was inspired by her father; a military man from Minnesota. Recently, she completed a narrative short based on her Thai mother’s pursuit of happiness and the American Dream.

Although Nastasia grew up in New England, she currently attends the Florida State University College of Motion Picture Arts in Tallahassee, Florida, working towards her BFA with a focus in directing and cinematography. After graduation, she plans to continue pursuing documentary filmmaking in an effort to preserve the stories of our nation’s heroes.
