The GI Film Festival is a film festival showcasing films honoring the successes and sacrifices of the American GI and their worldwide struggle for freedom.

Merchandise Terms

All merchandise sales are final. Prices shown are subject to change without notice.  We reserve the right to correct any errors in the website. Merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

We use USPS to ensure timely, professional shipping and deliveries. Goods will be shipped 3-5 days after payment is received.  Normal delivery for in-stock merchandise is 4-8 working days. Should we be temporarily out of stock, you will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Costs vary according to weight if merchandise (minimum shipping cost is $6.95 for UPS ground delivery).

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Festival Pass Terms

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. By attending the festival you consent to being filmed and or photographed, whereas your image, voice, and likeness may be used for GI Film Festival promotional purposes.

Ticket Sales

All tickets will be held at the will call table at the entrance of the AMC Shirlington until the day of the screening.

On the day of the screening, individual screening tickets will be available for sale at the will call table of the event venue for unsold seats.

If a screening is sold out, you may wait in the standby sales line to see if there are any no-shows 10 minutes prior to a screening.

If you are not seated 10 minutes prior to a screening, your seats may be sold.

Theater Guidelines

Seating for each screening will begin approximately twenty minutes before the screening time. Seating is general admission, so come early for best selection. Note that some seats may be reserved for special guests of the Festival. Please respect these designated areas.

Admission to the theaters will be restricted after the film has begun. Please arrive on time.

The theater must be completely cleared of patrons between screenings.

All tickets will be held at the will call table in the exhibit hall of the event venue until the day of the screening.

Active Duty, Reserve and Retired Military Discounts

Active Duty, Reserve and Retired Military can obtain a 20% discount on VIP festival passes and single tickets. Please enter the code: MIL13 upon checkout.  The service member must present a valid military ID at time of pick up.

Picking up your tickets and passes

All tickets must be picked up at the will call table no later than 15 minutes prior to an event. All unclaimed tickets (if any) will be offered for sale to the general public 10 minutes before each screening. If a screening is sold out, you may wait in the standby line.

A picture ID is required to pick up all tickets.
