The Last to Leave
Pat Clark is an artist and filmmaker currently living in San Diego, California. Pat received a BFA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the spring of 2005 before working professionally in the film and television industry. In the fall of 2009 he began graduate study at San Diego State University, pursuing a Masters Degree in Television, Film and New Media.
“The Last to Leave” was produced and completed in the spring of 2010 and details the last day of the Vietnam War through the eyes of those who lived it. Pat is currently producing his thesis film, a documentary focusing upon the role of Iraqi combat translators and their relationships with U.S. and Coalition forces.
This film highlights the bravery of these individuals as well as the sacrifices they have made while working to help rebuild their country.
