Libby Blood
Love Vigilantes
Libby Blood grew up in Orange County California. She is a 16-year-old sophomore at El Dorado High School. She grew up around movies her whole life. Her family owned a small chain of movie theaters for most of her life and now an Editing Studio.
As soon as she could, she joined a media production class in junior high and now in high school. She is a producer on her schools weekly broadcast, Hawk Talk, and the DVD yearbook in her Media Production class now. All her life, making films has been her one and only passion. Libby has been doing her very best to have the best reel and grades she can, to try and get into USC Film School and get intern jobs from production companies and finally get a job at Paramount Studios as a professional editor.
She cares deeply about the American Military and the sacrifice every single man in uniform makes for us, and the freedom of our country. She thinks its important to reflect upon this subject of how much of an impact war has on, not only soldiers but their families as well. She was very humbled to be supported by the active military that sacrificed their time and talent, acting in her film and supplied all military equipment and attire. Libby is also very humbled to be in this festival and this opportunity to be heard and have her work seen and to get steps closer to her dream.
