Letter Home
“Letter Home” is Ken’s debut short film as director/writer. Within a short span of the previous 9 months, this first film has already screened at various film festivals in Canada, US, UK, & Australia – such as the Cambridge Film Festival, the Newport Beach Film Festival, the Victoria Independent Film Festival, the SoCal Film Festival, the Durango Film Festival, the Route 66 Film Festival, to name a few. The film also garnered an Honorable Mention at the Black Swamp Film Festival in Toledo, Ohio.
Although a freshman director, Ken is not new to a film set. Since 1996, Ken has been a professional actor in Toronto and Vancouver, Canada. His credits include film, tv, theatre, animation voice-overs & over 40 Canadian, US, and European national commercials.
Ken is already working on his next short film – “Max Who”. In fact, in the midst of promoting “Letter Home”, he became a finalist in the Pitch competition at the Toronto Reel Asian Film Festival, this past November. This sophomore film will be completed by this summer.
