Honor In The Valley of Tears
A native of Toledo, Ohio, Eric attended the University of Toledo where he put his boundless energy into filmmaking and while he was learning his craft, he began entering (and winning!) local film festivals. Dow has worked on the “Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers” Special Extended Edition DVD. He cut independent films such as “Autumn Meadow,” (an official selection to TropFest at TriBecca) “Go Fish,” and “Scientifico” for award winning director Fernando Scarpa.
In the summer of 2009 Eric finished producing, directing, and editing his feature length documentary, Honor in the Valley of Tears, about the men from A-Company 1/8, 4th infantry division during the Vietnam War.
